All beds have a blanket and pillow. Sheets are included in the room price but towels can be rented at the reception at a cost of 20 SEK per person and stay, or you can use your own.
Sleeping bags are not allowed for reasons of hygiene. It’s not allowed to use sleeping bags in the beds or eat food in the rooms.

Guests arriving after 16:00 are kindly requested to contact the hotel at least two days in advance to receive the front door code, which allows entrance at all hours

– Deposit, key: 400 SEK (will be refunded when the key is returned). dont lose the key.

Opening hours:
3 star hostel Stockholm is open 365 days a year. Reception is open 09.00-16.00 every day.
Check-in: 12.00-23.00.
Upon arrival after 16.00, please contact us by phone or mail at least two days before arrival to get the code to the front door.
Check-out: before 10.30 on departure day.
Remember to leave the key at reception, giving you back your deposit.

Cancellation
Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 3- days ( 72 h) before arrival. If cancellation is made later, we charge the next tre nights ( 72 h) and cancel the rest of the reservation. This also applies to non-arrival

Have you booked more than 10 dayes is cancelation time one week before arrival free of charge ( 7-dayes) and the same rules as above.

Have you booked more than 1-rooms at the same time cancelation time is one week before arrival.
At departure before the contract expires, the same rules apply as in case of late cancellation.
